Nano Coated Dust Filter Cartridge

Our nano fiber coated filter cartridge is a high-performance filter element for pulse jet dust collectors. The filter media is composite with ultra-thin nano fiber layer on flame retardant polyester substrate. It adopts surface filtration technology, which can capture submicron dust efficiently. The external galvanized metal protective mesh prevents the filter from collapsing under negative pressure. The built-in rubber sealing ring ensures tight installation without dust bypass. This blue flame retardant model is specially developed for working conditions with sparks, such as laser cutting and welding fume extraction. It can replace imported Ultra-Web filter cartridges.
