Product Introduction

Model 11200580700010 coalescing filter element is a core industrial filtration component for gas-liquid separation. It is equipped with polished aluminum end caps and multi-layer composite fiberglass coalescing media, with built-in support skeleton and sealing gasket.

This filter element captures tiny oil mist and water droplets in industrial gas. Small droplets collide and merge inside the fiberglass media to form larger droplets, then settle down by gravity. It efficiently separates oil and water from gas flow to obtain clean gas, protecting downstream equipment and reducing medium loss. It can be used as a direct replacement for the original filter element.

Working Principle

Gas mixed with oil mist and fine water droplets flows into the filter element. The multi-layer fiberglass media traps tiny liquid droplets. The fine droplets continuously collide and aggregate into large droplets. These large droplets fall under gravity and are separated from gas. Purified clean gas flows out from the center of the filter element to finish gas-liquid separation.
